AI simulates conversations. Sometimes, when a problem is hard, LLMs with ‘thinking’ will simulate an internal conversation between different personas. I write about the flaws of human, and AI reason here—essentially, reason requires social friction to be useful, or else it’s just essentially lazy rationalisation. Seems like AI figured this out on its own.
